1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how iGaming SMS ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the website igamingsms.com and the messaging services we provide.

This website is intended for business use by operators aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

2. Our two roles

Our responsibilities differ depending on whose data is involved. This distinction matters and is set out here in full.

We are the data controller for information about visitors to this website and about representatives of companies that contact us — the data described in section 3.

We are a data processor for the contact databases our clients upload or transmit to us for message delivery. In that case the client is the controller. The client is responsible for obtaining valid consent from recipients, for maintaining a lawful basis for contacting them, for the content of messages and for handling opt-out requests. We process that data solely on the client's documented instructions and do not use it for our own purposes.

3. What we collect

When you submit the request form
Name, company or brand name, email address, Telegram or WhatsApp handle, target markets, channels of interest, expected monthly volume, and any message you write.

When you visit the website
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring page, and campaign parameters attached to the link you arrived by (UTM tags and Google Click Identifier).

When you become a client
Company details, billing information and payment data required to operate the account. Payment card data is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

4. Why we process it and on what legal basis

You may withdraw consent for analytics at any time by changing your choice in the cookie banner. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Cookies necessary for the website to function are set when you arrive. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded at all.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for traffic measurement, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure advertising performance. We use Cloudflare for content delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the request form from automated submissions.

You can change your cookie choice at any time through the banner, and you can clear or block cookies through your browser settings.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data.

We share data only with the following categories of recipients:

Service providers acting on our instructions — hosting and content delivery, analytics, anti-bot protection, payment processing, and the carriers and messaging platforms through which messages are delivered. Each is bound by contract to process data only as instructed.

Legal authorities — where disclosure is required by law, or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to prevent fraud.

We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. International transfers

We provide services in more than forty markets, and data may be transferred outside the country where it was collected — including to carriers and messaging platforms in the destination market. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism recognised under applicable law.

We apply industry-standard measures to protect data: encryption in transit, access controls limited to staff who need the data for their work, and separation of client environments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• have inaccurate data corrected;
• request deletion of your data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If your request concerns messages you received from one of our clients, we will forward it to that client, since they are the controller of that data. Where you know which brand contacted you, addressing them directly will usually be faster.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect. Material changes will be communicated to clients through the usual service channels.
